Hi Fozzy, thanks for your comments.
Short? ...and there was me thinking I'd been far too verbose in both posts! As far as time-line goes, well yes, I can write more about the things Tony and I got up to before we left school. Tony initiated the hands down the others' trousers thing, but I was happy to join in. We never did just jump in the lake in our school clothes - as far as my parents were concerned they made it very clear that if I ever did that then they would stop all of us jumping in the lake or getting wet in any of our clothes, old jeans and tees or not! Tony's dad wouldn't have minded but he never fancied it so was happy to do only what the rest of us did.
That muddy time in France was great fun but I can't say we either dressed very smartly - jeans and a tee are perfectly good enough for being on EasyJet - and Tony was in jeans and a short sleeved shirt as well. The chateau is a very relaxed holiday destination, so we all dress in jeans and polos, or shorts and tees in really hot weather, during the day and Tony is usually in his chef's gear for evening events and the other staff and I wear black trousers and white polos with the chateau logo on the the chest.
Thanks for the best wishes for our relationship, it is surviving well despite being together for work and leisure 24/7!
