Nobody told Felix because the links to do that also weren't working. It was a bit surprising that no-one involved in running the site was suspicious enough of the lack of activity to try sending a test message. Eventually someone found another way to make contact.
I reckon Oscar the Grouch is one of us. I heard that when it rains he leaves the lid off his trashcan until his fur is all matted. :-)
